Returns Policy
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Sign in, open the order, and submit a return request so we can issue a return authorisation. Parcels sent back without an approved return request may be refused or delayed, and we cannot take responsibility for items lost on their way to us.
Condition we can accept
Clubs must be un-hit, with the protective film still intact on the face and the grip unused. Everything must come back in its original packaging with all headcovers, tools, spare parts, and paperwork included. A club that has been hit, even once, is no longer new and cannot be accepted as an unwanted return.
Who pays for return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back to us. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping in full — send us photographs through the after-sales form in your order and we will arrange it.
Items we cannot take back
Golf balls, gloves, and other consumables once the packaging is opened; any club that has been custom-fitted, re-shafted, re-gripped, cut to length, or personalised to your specification; and items marked as final sale. Custom-made goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal because they cannot be resold.
Reduced refunds
You are welcome to inspect an item as you would in a shop: unpack it, pick it up, look it over. That never costs you anything. What we cannot resell as new is a club that has been played. If an item comes back handled beyond inspection we still refund you — we simply deduct what the handling cost the item in value, on this scale:
- As new, packaging openedno deduction
- Outer packaging missing or badly damaged10%
- Face film removed, no signs of use15%
- Light marks from use, such as ball marks on the face or scuffs on the sole30%
- Clearly played with50%
- Damaged beyond resalereduced to the item's actual remaining value
How a deduction is decided
We photograph every item before it leaves us and again when it comes back. If we intend to deduct anything, we tell you the amount and the reason, with those photographs attached, before the refund is processed — so you can see exactly what changed and challenge it if you disagree.
Faulty items
If something is defective, contact us with the order number and photographs. We will arrange a repair or a replacement, and where neither is possible we will refund you in full including the original delivery cost. This is separate from, and additional to, any warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Customers in the EU and UK
You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day window above. Tell us within those 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge — where you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate only. As set out above, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
What a refund covers
For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item you get everything back, including what you paid for delivery. For a change of mind outside the statutory withdrawal period, we refund the price of the goods; the original delivery charge is not refunded, and for US orders neither are the import duties we paid to land the parcel with you, because those cannot be recovered once cleared. Where duties were paid by you directly to your own customs authority, ask them about relief for returned goods — that money never passed through us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within 14 days, and we may wait until the goods reach us and have been checked before releasing the money. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
