Shipping Policy
Where we ship from, and to
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China and shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, as well as Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us before ordering.
Import duties — United States
Orders delivered in the United States ship on Delivered Duty Paid terms. The price at checkout includes the goods, the shipping, and all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges. There is nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives — no invoice from the courier, no handling fee at the door.
Import duties — all other destinations
Everywhere else, including the United Kingdom and the European Union, parcels ship on Delivered Duty Unpaid terms. Import duties and VAT are not included in the price and are payable by you on delivery, at the rate set by your own customs authority rather than by us. The carrier will contact you to collect them before handing the parcel over. Your delivery country is shown at checkout with the terms that apply to it.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged per item, because a driver and a glove do not cost the same to send. The exact amount is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1-2 working days of payment clearing. Delivery then typically takes 7-15 working days depending on the destination and the carrier. These are estimates from the carrier rather than guarantees — customs inspections and peak periods can add time that is outside our control.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves us, the carrier and tracking number appear in your account. You can follow it from there for the whole journey, including the customs stages.
Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered, we treat it as a change-of-mind return. The outbound carriage, the return carriage, and any import duties we paid on your behalf are deducted from the refund, except where you have exercised a statutory right of withdrawal. Refusing a parcel is not a way to avoid import charges you owe your own customs authority.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully — we ship to the address given at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will happily send it again once the return arrives, with shipping charged a second time.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within 14 days of the delivery date, or of the expected delivery date if nothing arrived, and we will open a claim with the carrier and put it right. Use the after-sales form inside the order so the details stay attached to it.
